CUSTOM STAIN COLLECTION

Our custom stain collection features 20 distinct stain choices for our Lexwood line. Our versatile new stain assortment enables customers to finely match our 100% basswood shutters with the tone and style of any room. Our staining process is carried out by our expert artisans with meticulous care to ensure a flawlessly consistent finish.
WATER-BASED PAINT TECHNOLOGY

All of Sunland's Import/Domestic Polycore and Lexwood shutters use only water-base coatings. A water-based coating provides an extremely durable finish, protects the environment (zero / virtually zero V.O.C.) and safeguards your family's health (contains absolutely NO LEAD ADDITIVES). Have peace of mind with our long lasting durable finishes.
TENSION ADJUSTMENT SCREW

The addition of a tension screw system in every shutter panel assures that whether the shutter is brand new or decades old, it will never become too tight or too loose to operate properly. By the slight turn of a screw inside the stile, the louver tension is either increased or decreased to ensure your shutter operates perfectly
STAINLESS STEEL STAPLES

One of the most common problems with shutters is staple failure. As an option, we use extra-long stainless steel staples in the louvers and tilt-rod to insure that they do not pull out. The stainless steel staple is resistant to corrosion and temperature changes, which assures that the staples will last the life of shutter.
